FIRST PERSON - ASTRONOMY SIMULATION

Under Development: Learn the night sky in an accurate recreation of a night sky with all the tools an amateur astronomer would have on hand. Instead of just rendering stars like most other programs we decided to create a first-person simulation that lets the player actually use binoculars, star wheel, and telescope with eyepieces to see if they can truly learn how to find planets, constellations, and deep sky objects like galaxies and nebulas.
Astronomy Simulator will be available for the PC and Mac with High Definition resolutions to make the player truly feel lost in the night sky and is scheduled to be released Summer 2010. Please check back often as we post more information and development snapshots.

Explore the depths of space with Dark Skies: Messier Edition. Zoom in on 110 unique Galaxies, Nebulas, Globular Clusters, and Star Formations just for the fun of it or else put your sky hunting skills to the test and see if you can locate all of them without the aid of the locator. Dark Skies: Messier also includes the ultimate space screen saver of 50 Hubble Space Telescope greatest photos.
Explore the night sky with more than 116,000 stars by learning the locations, shapes, and names of 88 constellations all from the comfort of your game console without ever putting down your controller! Dark Skies offers three modes (Explore, Hunt, and Screen Saver), Explore lets you toggle constellations on and off to learn the locations while Hunt will put your skills to the ultimate test.
